Rental Policies
Identification:
A valid drivers license and phone number are required.
Insurance:
You are completely responsible for rented items after they leave our yard until it is returned and checked in. Our insurance does not cover equipment while it is in your possession. Contact your agent for coverage.
Credit:
Credit Card or open check are required for every rental. Visa, MasterCard,
Discover, and American Express cards are accepted.
Open Accounts are available. Please click on Apply for
an Account to download an application.
Rates:
1 Day=24 Hrs., 1 Week=7 consecutive days, 1 Month=28 consecutive days.
Delivery:
Available Monday-Friday. Please call for pricing.
Fuel:
Equipment is sent out full of fuel, we ask that it be returned that way.
Damage/Damage Waiver:
You are responsible for any damage caused from misuse, abuse, negligence,
theft, vandalism or loss of equipment.
We automatically apply a Damage Waiver Fee of 13.00% to all rental contracts at
time of contract opening which covers repair costs (limitations noted on
contract). You can decline the coverage at the time of opening the rental and
you will then be responsible for any repairs or replacement if there is any
damage to the rented equipment.
Metered Equipment:
Rental charges are based on 8 hours of use during a 24-Hour period. Extra charges will be assessed on hours over 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week or 160 hours per 4 weeks.
Tires:
The customer is responsible for all tire damage or flats. If we are called for on-site repair we will charge our shop rate.
Cleaning Fees:
Equipment is sent out clean and is to be returned clean. A cleaning charge
will be added if equipment is returned dirty.
